QV Offices

Aim: QV Offices was set-up in 2012 as the first flexible co-working space in Reading. As a new business they required the development of a brand that positioned them as a local company based in the heart of Reading, offering and alternative way of working. A key aspect of the work involved the development of online automation of the company’s services, as a business they were looking to use technology as a way of streamlining there offering and giving there users a quick and easy route to using them.

Solution: Working directly with the core team and founder of the business a new brand was developed that linked with the town and the status of Berkshire being ‘Royal’. The branding has been used throughout the business from signage and decorative look and feel of the building through to collateral, exhibition stands and web presence, work includes:
• Brand workshop and brand development
• Support collateral
• Website
• UX and UI for client systems
• New virtual office system
• Advertising
• Brochures
• Service support documents
• Exhibition stands and collateral
• Office interiors and signage

Results: QV offices has grown to become a key hub for start-up and small business in the area. The new virtual office which allows companies to use QV as a registered and mailing address and phone answering service has been extremely popular since launching late 2015.
