Aim: White Eagle supplied pre-paid credit cards for consumer, business and reward and recognition use. There website was poorly constructed and of little workable use for either marketing or user engagement. They required a redesigned and branded website that allowed them to sell the service to their core user groups, detailing reasons for using the service to those specific user groups. They also required the branding to be continued through to their online account area. In addition they required a new corporate website.
Solution: Working with the in-house development team and Vizioz a scope of works was produced which allowed for the writing of a technical specification and wireframes which were then presented to White Eagle for sign-off. Designs were developed from the specification, refined and responsive page layouts produced for every aspect of the front-end functionality, including client account areas. The project included

Results: A huge increase in online usage and uptake of the card and management of the accounts online, resulting in a reduced customer reliance on the call centre (down by 30% in the first 3 months).
